- This blog was set up by a friend nearly 5 years ago when I was first diagnosed with Brain Cancer. At the time Luke was 3 and I was 26, and Mike well he was just old and he still is:) Now 5 years later we're dealing with this again so I with the help of Mike and friends will try to use this blog to keep you updated. Just now reading your blog ... I am so happy to hear you had good news. My Mom had a stroke on Wednesday and things didn't look very good for her at all. She is now at MCO in the rehab unit and doing remarkably well for 5 days out. Miracles are happening every day in our lives ... prayers are being answered ... Our God is so incredibly awesome! Enjoy your blessings!!!!!
